Taste of Pensacola Beach Offers a Full Serving of Things to Do

PENSACOLA BEACH, FLA. (August 29, 2014) – The Pensacola Beach Chamber announced the slate of activities for its annual food festival, Taste of Pensacola Beach, September 20 and 21. In addition to the weekend festival packed with 25 top island food tents, festivalgoers will enjoy the “Frozen Zone”. The Frozen Zone features your very favorite frozen adult drinks. Grab your food and beverage and head over to the football tent where Mediacom is broadcasting your favorite games. A generous serving of each signature dish is just $5, but entry to the festival is free.

Saturday, Celebrity Chef Carla Hall will take the stage at 1 p.m. for a cooking demonstration and will sign autographs immediately after. On Sunday, at 11 a.m. junior foodies will be center stage for Coolinary Kids led by Chef Lisa Burgess of Wild Roots. Coolinary kids is open to children ages 8 to 11; registration is currently open at The Heritage Band and Stranger will fill the festival with music Sunday afternoon.
